My Travel Journal : KOREA , Yes it is!! Part 1

Helloooo,
I've been wondering, and pondering about whether I should write this post or not, But, I came to conclusion that, I have to write it! while I can, while I still remember.
I'm feeling so lucky, that I had the chance to visit the country of my dreams. XD. Eventhough it's for business trip, but still, I got to go there is like a miracle. XDD

Okay, so actually I went to Korea for business trip on 09 October 2016, for around 1 Weeks. Please note that I wasn't taking holiday, I went there to work! (but well perhaps, I steal sometime to relax and strolling around also, :P please don't tell my boss,LOL).

Actually this is not my first overseas business trip. I also went to India last time, like 3 months ago or something, I kind of forget. I'm planning to write my travel journal to India in separate post (if I don't feel like lazy or demotivated all over again, lol). So actually my boss was plotting me to attend some kind of meeting with our vendor in Korea. He told me like around only 1 and half months before if I'm not mistaken, At that time, I was told that its only takes 3 days, since the meeting itself is only 1 whole day. But suddenly, I was also assign to attend another meeting, for another equipment which I don't know at all. I was taken aback, but I gladly accept the challenge, since I got to stay longer. LOL. But, I have to study harder, I never handle that kind of rotating equipment.


And the day has comes......

After the hectic days of preparing the visa, itinerary, coordinate with my vendors, and etc etc.
I leave for Korea on 8th October night, with economy seat planes, well I'm still kind still of low echelon employee so business class is a no no for me. hahaahah, but the plane is actually the best class in their league, thus even economy class is still OK. I spent time by sleeping, cause the turbulence is really bad. But thankfully, I arrived at Incheon safely.


Day-1 (9 October 2016)


Arriving at Incheon Airport around 08:00, and there, my vendor already standby and pick us up. From Incheon we go to Gimpo City, since the vendor's factory is in Gimpo, so I have to stay at Gimpo.

At Gimpo, I stayed at The MVL Hotel Goyang, around KINTEX area. I will link down below, if you would like to find out more about it. The hotel is very nice, kind of luxurious I think?. But still behind Hilton and Le Meridien ? eh I don't know much actually. But it's very nice staying there, except that I didn't get to eat anything besides herb tea, eventhough all the foods seems delicious.
And the hotel is near some kind of water theme park or something, and Hyundai Department Store, Subway Station (30 minutes walking), and express bus to Incheon is just right in the corner.

Fortunately, my vendor was very nice, he offer me to visit Seoul. Hahaha, I was screaming happily inside. Okay, then after checking in and talking bout some business, etc etc, we leave for Seoul. The weather is already so chilly although it was just the starting of fall. But I can not stand it without my jacket. Fortunately, the seat in the car was warm. Hahaha thanks for the oh so considerate action. :D

From Gimpo to Seoul takes 1 hour by car. Soo far, but if we go by subway, it's actually takes more than an hour includes the 30 minutes walk to the station.

I recognize some place when we enter Seoul, like Yonsei Univ, Ewha Woman Univ, and I saw some sing to SOPA (Seoul of Performing Arts High School)? or maybe my eyes were deceiving me.
And I also got to take a glimpse of Cheonghwade (The Blue House) with so many bodyguards wearing black suits. It kind of remind of me of The K2 drama. LOL

Then, we park the car at National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Seoul. It's near Gyeongbokgung and Samcheongdong Area.

From there we were just strolling aroung Samcheongdong and Insadong, but before we were taken to some place to eat traditional Korean dishes. I asked for the vegetarian one of course. :D
I got to buy some cute souvenirs, visiting Innisfree shop to buy some skincare & cosmetics LOL, and my vendor is so soo nice to register as membership to get me some additional discount eventhough he didn't use Innisfree. So thank youu. :D

And I just realize that all shops in this area is written in hangul. That's why I can not recognize some familiar shops, like starbucks even. LOL.

And some people wearing hanbok, and it looks so pretty. I heard that if you wear hanbok, then you got to get in Gyeongbokgung for free. Hmm I should try it next time. :D

Then, before the sun setting, we already leave for Gimpo, to rest since tomorrow we will have a tough meeting.

And that concludes my day-1 in Korea (9 October), and actually the next day is just meeting at my vendor factory, from early in the morning till late at night. So we can just skip to day-3.

Day-3 (11 October 2016)

And the adventure begins.... (OMG so cringe, LOL)

After getting a kind of good but not too long rest, I went to Seoul again. I leave so early in the morning, after Subuh praying eventhough I'm not praying at that time. LOL
We are walking to the nearest station which takes aroung 30 minutes walk from our hotel. And OMG, the weather is so cold and chilly, I decide to put on my coat instead of just jacket. Thankfully I bring one. ~.~

The nearest station was Juyeop station, pardon my face below, I was tired after walking like 30 minutes in so chilly weather. Actually the bus to subway station already operated, but we didn't know which bus to take (all written in hangul and we don't want to take a risk of getting lost!)



Juyeop station is only 1 station away from Daehwa Station which is the starting station for Subway Line 3 (Orange color). Well I know this because of the Seoul tourist guide booklet which my friends gave me. So thank you for the complete guide, really comes in handy for a country bumpkin like meh. LOL.

Then we got off at Gyeongbokgung station after 45 minutes inside a packed train. -_- we choose wrong time, since at that time people started commuting to Seoul to work.

And.... when we arrived at Gyeongbokgung, the ticket counter was not yet opened. OMG. They will just open at 09.00, however we have to go back to Gimpo at 10.00, since we have to check out before 12.00. With a heavy heart, I just took photo around Gyeongbokgung palace without even got to go inside. T__T

And after taking photos and selfies and whatever, we exit the palace to the left (LOL I don't know how to describe). We went out to Gwanghwamun square. And sadly again, I think there will be some event in Ganghwamun squre, thus there were some tents, and other equipment surrounding the King Sejong Monument, so I can not take a photo there. T_____T

Okay move on, we just takes a walk and walk and walk, till we reached Cheonggyechon stream, I guess. I recognize this place as SNSD and SJ MV (SEOUL song) was filmed there?
It's a really nice place to take a walk, enjoy the morning air and... of course taking photos.




And then we go to... the dreamland and heaven of K-beauty lover... Myeongdong.
I visit so many stores here, and taking photos here and there. heheheh.



The first one is Innisfree, since I really love their products, and the store design is sooo earthy, natural, but cute at the same time.
There are soo many Innisfree store in Myeongdong, I went to the one near main street, eh I don't remember where it is. LOL

The next one is ARITAUM, well ARITAUM is everywhere in Korea. ARITAUM carries other brand also such as Laneige, Mamonde, etc etc



The next one is ALAND, It actually a fashion store, but it also carries COSRX, which really is a HYPE now. But well, sadly it still closed. T___T



The next oh so cute store is Stylenanda which is a fashion store also, but carries brand 3 Concept Eyes.
The design of this store is soooo cute, kind of like a hotel. but sadly again, I don't have time to explore inside. T__T



And, the next store is really eye catching, I guess you know what this store is.
its the undeniably nature, Nature Republic.

When strolling around Myeongdong, please be alert of time!. Because I did not realize that it's 10 AM already, so we have to run to Myeongdong station to catch the train back to Gimpo.
XD.

We have to stop at Chungmuro station to transfer to Line 3, back to Juyeop Station, then back at MVL Hotel to check out.

Guess this ends Part 1 of my Korea Travel Journal.

Next, there will be a more fun and thrilling (???) events, since after Gimpo, I have to move to Cheongju of Cheongbuk-do, and almost losing my baggage at Seoul Station because of my clumsiness. LOL

[Sunday Rants] Owari No Seraph

Helloooo,

Happy Sunday morning! How is your Sunday? Nganggur di rumah? Nonton film sendirian? Yah itulah nasib yang jomblo (termasuk yang nulis, lol).

Baiklah, daripada kita galau, mending nonton anime. Biasanya kalau hari minggu gini ya, ada 2 anime yang wajib saya download. Yang pertama yaitu Fairy Tail (yang entah kenapa cewek ceweknya makin bohay, bikin iri aja, lol -_-), dan yang kedua yaitu Owari no Seraph.

Nah, untuk season ini saya sih cuman ngikutin dua anime itu doang ya weekly nya. Sempet nonton Kekkai Sensen, tapi nggak sreg, nonton Ore Monogatari tapi sampe episode 4 nggak dilanjutin. Alasannya simpel, karena kasian sama Sunakawa yang ganteng itu malah nggak laku, lol sini sama saya aja. Lololol

Berhubung fairy tail udah terlalu famous, jadi nggak perlu dibahas lah yaa. Yang mau saya bahas disini itu adalah Owari no Seraph. Awalnya sih penasaran, soalnya anime ini kok kayaknya lagi ngehits banget. Terus saya coba deh download satu episode. Hmmmm bromance boook. Duh sebenernya saya anti nih sama yang bromance, shonen ai apalagi yaoi. Hedehhh. Tapi berhubung bromance disini kadarnya nggak nyampe 5%, jadi masih acceptable lah ya. Apalagi main protagonisnya punya mata warna ijo emerald, ganteng. Haha entah kenapa saya suka sama tokoh utama cowok yang matanya ijo emerald, macem Athrun zala gitu. Kyaaa.

Apalagi tokoh ceweknya unik. Ngakak liat dia ngebully si tokoh utama secara verbal. Duh tapi ternyata diam diam si cewek ini memendam rasa juga sama si tokoh utama. Hmm. Siapakah cewek ini? Yuk mari deh dibahas satu persatu ya karakternya. Eh tapi sebelum itu, saya kasih sinopsis dan info singkatnya.

Owari no Seraph (Seraph of the end)

Disini saya mulai spoiler ya, bagi yang nggak suka spoiler sebaiknya jangan scroll down.

Apaan sih seraph itu? Ah saya juga gak tau. Siapalah saya, hanya upil, hahaha. Ya mungkin butuh penyelidikan lebih lanjut atau kalau perlu interview sama mangakanya kali ya.

Untuk setting anime ini adalah di jepang, tapi jepang versi kiamat. Dimana kehidupan manusia nggak sedamai sebelumnya. Penyebabnya sih sepertinya virus aneh yang membuat monster muncul dimana mana, dimakan deh manusianya. Ditambah lagi muncul vampir yang menjadikan manusia sebagai livestock.

Okey, disini tokoh utama berada di suatu kota vampir. Dia dan temen-temen (yang sudah dianggap keluarga karena mereka berasal dari panti asuhan yang sama) tinggal di kota itu. Sayangnya, mereka hanya dijadikan livestock oleh vampir vampir itu. Si tokoh utama yang karakternya tipikal karakter shonen, nggak mau dong dijadiin livestock doang. Dia ingin berontak dan kabur dari kota vampir tersebut. Nah disini muncul tokoh cowok kedua, karakternya kebalikannya si tokoh utama. Dia lebih calm, lebih kompromi sama vampir vampir itu. Dia rela jadi “makanan” vampir vampir demi memberi makanan yang layak bagi keluarganya. 

Terus suatu saat mereka merencanakan kabur dari kota vampir itu, tapi ternyata rencana mereka gagal dan semua anggota keluarga itu mati dibunuh vampir kecuali tokoh utama dan................... sebaiknya nonton sendiri ya. hehehe

Next, yuk mari kita liat tokoh tokoh utamanya,

1. Yuichiro Hyakuya

 

Matanya ijo, berarti mata duitan ya? Lol nggak lah. Si ganteng ini pasti karakternya banyak dijumpai di anime/manga shonen lainnya. Sense of justicenya tinggi, nggak mau meninggalkan nakama nya, di awal cerita sih dia lagi “sasuke mode”, tipikal seorang yang ngebet banget balas dendam. Tapi di tengah cerita dia berubah kok, tenang aja. Hahaha.

2. Mikaela Hyakuya

Ini tokoh cowok yang karakternya kebalikannya tokoh utama. Tapi sama sama menganggap keluarga adalah segalanya. Tapi saya mulai bingung soal perasaan cowok ini ke yuchiro, apakah brotherly love atau...... yang lain? Semoga nggak ke arah “sana” deh. Langsung saya drop ini anime kalau ada unsur begonoan.

 3. Shinoa Hiragi

Tokoh cewek yang karakternya saya suka! Dari luar dia kesannya nggak pernah serius, suka ngebully si Yuichiro, aih tapi sebenernya diam diam sukaa. Lol. Suka desain rambutnya. Ah saya ngeship shinoa sama yuichiro deh. Mereka lucuuuuk.

Overall tokoh yang saya suka Cuma bertiga itu. Lol. Digemplang nih ntar saya sama fansnya Yoichi, Mitsuba, Guren dan kawan kawannya. Ah nggak papalah ini kan blog saya.

Betewe, saya heran nih sama anime dan manga ini. Nggak biasanya shonen banyak blushing blushing nya. Hahaha. Yang saya heran lagi, ini anime bikin saya mikir “segini doang nih”, soalnya battle scene nya ya memang segitu doang. Nggak seheboh shonen anime/manga yang lain. Tapi masih worth buat ditonton dan dibaca. Kalau nggak worth, nggak mungkin saya review dan saya post di blog, ^-^

Untuk animenya sendiri sampai saat ini masih on going, sampe episode 9, manganya chapter 33. Duh nggak sabar nunggu chapter 34, penasaran gilaaaak.

Bonus:

Di tumblr sepertinya banyak banget ya yang ngeship Yuichiro x Mikaela, tapi saya sih nggak. Hahaha Yuichiro ya pasti sama Shinoa dong, saya sih ngeship yang normal normal aja. Besides, Shinoa is such a cute girl, she deserves Yuichiro, and happiness.

Buat Yuichiro x Shinoa shipper, berikut moments mereka di manga yang menurut saya sudah cukup sweet untuk standarnya shonen.

Suka deh liat Shinoa salting gituh. ahahaha. Jiwa shipper saya kumat, maap

[MOVIE REVIEW?] Parasyte Part 1

Helloooo,

Wah, rajin banget ya saya ngepost. haha. Iya nih, lagi diniatin rajin ngepost review movie terutama live action yang baru ditonton. Dan korban kali ini adalah, Parasyte.

Sebenernya saya agak bingung dengan judul live action movie ini. Parasyte doang? Atau Parasyte : Kiseijuu Sei No Kakuritsu seperti judul animenya? entahlah, silakan dicari sendiri. haha digampar readers beneran nih.

Yasudahlah, lebih baik langsung ke pokok pembahasan aja ya.
Pasti heran kenapa live action ini penting banget buat direview? Penasaran kan? iya kan? iih kasi tau nggak ya? *digemplang teplon. Sebenernya nggak penting penting banget sih, nggak direview juga nggak apa apa. Cuman, kasian aja mas Sometani Shota kan jadi main protagonist nih, masa tega sih nggak direview? (-___-).
Yup, main protagonist di movie kali ini adalah.. Sometani Shota, yang gosipnya dalam waktu dekat ini mau nikah, ehem ciyeee (gue kapan nih? hiks).

Plot

Meanwhile, Ryoko Tamiya (Eri Fukatsu) is a teacher that starts her new post at the same high school where Shinichi attends. She has been taken over by a parasite and comes to observe Shinichi.

Setelah nonton movie ini, saya agak merinding disko juga. Yah, mirip mirip lah rasanya seperti nonton Kamisama no Iutoori. Puyeng juga liat darah muncrat, kepala putus, badan sama kaki putus, orang makan orang (eh maksudnya parasyte yang jadi orang makan orang. Duh belibet). Nah dari sini saya simpulkan kalau CG dan efeknya bagus banget. Yah untuk standar saya sih. Kalau standar mereka yang perfeksionis sih mungkin ada cela sana sini ya. Untuk plotnya, mungkin 80% an mirip dengan animenya, tapi nggak tau juga sih. Saya baru nonton animenya sampai episode 20. Tapi memang bagian awal movie ini sekitar 80% sama dengan animenya. Terus, kalau aktingnya mas Sometani Shota sih bagus! Apik! Tapi entah kenapa saya kok kurang sreg sama aktingnya Ai Hashimoto ya, kurang greget. (heleh). Hahaha ampuun fansnya Ai Hashimoto, saya suka dia di Another live action kok. Eh iya, si Kana Kimishima kok nggak nongol ya? apa di part 2 nya ya? hmm entahlah. Penasaran juga siapa yang bakal jadi Kana, yah itu kalau ada sih. Okay, overall this movie is worth to watch, and I can't wait for the 2nd part. Semoga DVD bluraynya segera keluar.

[MOVIE REVIEW?] Kamisama No Iutoori Live Action

Hello Sunday morning!

Yah udah hari Minggu aja. Besok Senin dong? Kerja lagi dong? Besok bisa hari Sabtu lagi nggak? LOL
Weekend ini (karena belum gajian, lol) dihabiskan di kos aja. Nonton, nonton dan nonton sampe mata burem. ~.~
But it's okay, karena yang ditonton orang orang ganteng, langsung seger seketika. Hahaha. Ah saya nggak berubah dari dulu, suka nonton yang ganteng ganteng. LOL

Orang ganteng yang jadi korban kali ini adalah......... bapak saya, eh bukan!
Yang bener adalah si mas Fukushi Shota. Siapakah gerangan makhluk bernama Fukushi Shota itu? Dia lagi hitzzz (pake z) banget di Japan. Sok tau ya gue, emang lagi di Japan? Nggak sih. LOL.
Yah pokoknya mas satu itu lagi banyak dicast di berbagai movie dan drama. Baru baru ini si mas lagi syuting drama getsu9, slot yang paling tinggi ratingnya. Semoga dia sukses, karena lumayan dibash juga oleh netizen karena aktingnya yang kurang bagus. Modal ganteng doang gituh katanya. Anyway, let's get to the main point.

Kali ini Fukushi Shota menjadi main protagonist di Live Action Movie Kamisama No Iutoori. Yup, ini live action dari manga dengan judul yang sama. Bagi saya yang udah baca manganya sampe mata jereng (lol), dari season 1 sampe season 2 dan lagi nunggu season 2 kok nggak ending ending ini sangat excited banget pas denger ini manga mau dibikin live actionnya. Duh tapi sempet ngeri juga gimana ntar scene darah muncrat muncrat, kepala putus, brrrr, mendadak pusing saya. LOL

Dan memang, scene darah muncrat itu realistic sekali, kepala putusnya juga. Ntarlah saya reviewnya di bawah ya. Kita ngomongin basic info movie ini dulu. Got this information from AsianWiki, please find below,

ZADIZ bok, sumpah kalau baca manga nya doang mah biasa aja ya. Tapi kalau udah di-live action-in gini puyeng juga liat darah muncrat, kepala putus, hedehh. Apalagi CG nya keren pisan euy, Apik lah. Untuk plotnya, 80% sesuai dengan manga. tapi sepertinya ada bagian yang nggak sesuai ya. Entahlah, apa mau dibikin part 2 nya biar bisa mengoreksi itu, saya belum tau juga,
Tapi, kok rasanya aktingnya mas Fukushi Shota kurang greget ya, kenapa ya? Saya belum berhasil melihat Shun Takahata aja gituh. (heleh). Hahaha
Terus endingnya itu.. hmm gimana yaa... kasi tau nggak yaaa...
Lebih baik nonton sendiri aja ya. :D

I Don't Have Anything to Write...please help

Helllooo,

Menginjak usia 23 taun (ketauan deh umurnya), aku masiiih (jomblo), eh bukan!
Maksudnya, aku masih demen demen aja nih sama yang namanya Anime atau animeshon, atau animeshong, atau amsyong (garing krik krik).
Kenapa?
Apakah jiwa saya masih kekanak kanakan?
Mungkin juga.
Apakah saya haus akan hiburan yang tidak bisa dipenuhi orang orang di kantor?
Apaan maksutnya ini.
Apakah ini.. apakah itu. (digampar readers saya lama lama)

Entahlah.
Mungkin itu lah misteri terbesar abad ini,

I Don't Have Anything to Write

Why?
Because nowadays my life seems so boring, hahah.
Emang dulu nggak boring apa?
Nope, dulu berasa seru banget gitu deh, Apalagi jaman kuliah, masih haha hihi ketawa ketiwi bareng anak anak yang gilak, yah selevel lah gilanya sama saya.
Masih seru seruan nonton drama korea (lol), masih heboh banget kalau lagi nonton oppa oppa ganteng, masih seru rebutan koneksi wifi buat download, masih sering pulang, makan, nonton bareng, masih bisa nyontek bareng (yang ini jangan ditiru), masih bisa ini itu seru deh pokoknya.

Sekarang kegiatan cuma muter di kos, kantor, kos, kalau hari kerja. Kalaupun weekend, ke mall, udeh gitu aja.
Hmm, berasa kurang bermakna aja hidup ini.
Tapi yaa, normal memang,
Memang sudah saatnya, fase hidup yang seperti ini kali ya.
Sudah bukan waktunya haha hihi, sudah waktunya untuk menata masa depan.
Tapi, sampai saat ini, sepertinya masa depan saya belum tertata dengan baik ya.
Udah ada target ini itu, tapi realisasinya belum
Duh...
Hahaha.

But well, saya sih slow aja. Dinikmati dulu, masih 23, ntar kalau udah 25 baru panik deh

it's been a while

Hello, long time no see. Ah it's been a while since I update this blog. Well yeah I'm just too busy with my work.

Udah kerja sekarang nih, cieeeh
Tapi bad news nya adalah my laptop's internal hardisk is defect! Wth. All my data are gone. Semua data video, musik, manga, fanfic ilang semua.
duh sediiiiih.
Jadi maaf kalau fanfic lamaaaa banget diupdate. Aku perlu mengingat plot nya dulu. Duh mana kerangkanya ilang pisan euy. Sedihhhhh

Yasudahlah.
Well life is hard.
Apalagi dunia kerja.
Beruntung banget suasana kerja di tempat aku enak, orangnya ramah, nggak pelit ilmu, mau tanya apa pun pasti dijawab. Thank God, alhamdulillah lah ya.
But feels like I really need to improve myself, malu juga masih gini gini skill nya, harus ditingkatkan.
